Due to its tucked-away location, Metlika remains a hidden gem for many. This time, you can explore it in a playful, adventurous and slightly challenging way.
What awaits you?
A map in your hand, a backpack with tools on your shoulders, and a series of engaging tasks that guide you through the old town centre.
Along the way, you will discover lesser-known corners, test your resourcefulness and see the town from a fresh perspective. The challenges are not difficult, but they are just right to spark curiosity and a sense of friendly competition – whether for children, adults or the whole family.
You can pick up your backpack, complete with all the necessary tools, a map and a small refreshment, at the House of local delights Bela krajina, where the adventure also begins and ends. The circular route allows for relaxed exploration without time pressure, while still offering enough content for approximately two hours of active experience.
