Lov\u0161in Estate is located in the village of Kri\u017eevska vas near Metlika. It opens towards the south, where it is bordered by the Kolpa River, while on the northern side it is protected by a steep, rocky hillside. On the estate, you can choose to stay in a renovated traditional hayrack barn, or set up a tent, motorhome or caravan at the campsite. For those seeking a bit more comfort, two larger glamping tents are available by the river.\n\nThe campsite is situated right next to the Kolpa River on an old mill estate, which is considered the largest protected homestead in Bela Krajina. The centuries-old Lov\u0161in mill no longer operates, but it remains well preserved. From here, a 220-metre-long dam stretches all the way to the Croatian side and is in excellent condition. You can fish from the dam, walk along it, sit and relax while enjoying the soothing effect of the flowing water. The area is also ideal for swimming, even for beginners and small children, as the water below the dam is very shallow.\n\nFor land-based activities, several maintained green areas are available, and guests can use both regular and electric bicycles.
